Charmante maison villageoise 5 personnes HappyDay Neuchâtel

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, See, Bahnhof, Einkauf. Mit ÖV perfekt! Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten als Familie zwei wirklich tolle Ferienwochen in der wunderschönen Gegend von Neuenburg.

Es hat keinen Balkon, aber bei schönem Wetter nicht wirklich relevant.........

The property was quirky and unique. It was amazingly spacious and the washer/dryer/drying rack were an unexpected bonus. It’s 5 mins from the train station, a grocery store, bakery, and assorted restaurants as well. Super location. The building is very old as is the surrounding area which adds a lot of charm. It was mostly immaculate upon check-in, and the owner went out of his way to accommodate a slightly early checkin time.

No aircon, but that’s normal in this area. The second bedroom is very small but quite pleasant. There were a couple of minor issues that didn’t really affect my stay, which I did report to the owner.

We liked the location. We liked that the appartment was fully equiped with enough place for 4 people.

Doors to the toilet and bathroom didn't have a handle, so they were difficult to lock.

The parking space right below the flat is handy. The flat is pretty spacious. Saint Blaise is a small village but with the tourist card you can easily reach Neuchatel for free.

Check-in was delayed because other people had occupied my flat by mistake. I had to wait for them to move their stuff and for the flat to be cleaned. I got the keys at 8 pm, 4 hours after check-in was due. The owners should have prevented this from happening. The flat itself pretends to be fancy but has several maintenance issues: toilet flush not working, bathroom light not working, bathroom doors not closing properly, broken blind in a room and missing curtains in the kitchen (disturbing sleep in the sofa bed).

The atmosphere, the location (a quiet town, bus and train stations, a supermarket, restaurants, the lake beach - all in a short walking distance), plenty of space for 4-5 guests. Perfectly equipped apartment - from the kitchen appliances and a washer and to books and games (including a PlayStation).

Some bathroom/toilet doors not locking, all the rest was great.
