"Enjoyable stay, good location - walking distance to station & main street, nice apt"

Great location very near to station - 15 mins walk along main shopping street Spacious clean accommodation with 2 good sized rooms and a large living area. Comes with 2 toilets which is a bonus and a large kitchen area for any cooking needs

Main toilet door misaligned and take a bit of effort to open and close. in the end make do with half open to slip in for ease of closing. Not a major issue that cannot be fixed for next renter by host.

Everything. Tasteful property, very near train station, supermarket, main street close to shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. Responsive team arranging pick-up from train station. Special thanks for staff and owner for attending to my question on the washing machine on a Sunday. Highly recommend.

"Best stay of our 19 day Switzerland trip!"

Duration: Stayed for 3 nights. Location: Amazing location in the centre of the old town. The Main Street is literally minutes walk away, but the apartment is tucked into a quiet area. So it is super convenient and well positioned for exploring Zermatt. All the main attractions, restaurants, shops and cable car stations a are walkable, cannot fault the location! Getting there: About a 8minute walk from the train station. Almost all paved road. Condition and cleanliness: We stayed on a ground floor apartment but it was not noisy at all given its location. The apartment is very spacious, modern, well furnished and homely. Highly recommend this property. The apartment is very clean overall. Reliability of advertised pictures: pictures are reliable / accurate Room: This is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a large integrated lounge, dining area and kitchen. There are ample wardrobes for storage. There is also a spacious external patio area with a small table and outdoor sofa. Kitchen: Extremely well appointed kitchen with an abundance of quality utensils and appliances enough for 6 people. There was also a raclette and fondue set available. This apartment is well geared for a longer stay and you could do some proper cooking in the kitchen. Bathroom: Spacious combined / shower and toilet. Good water pressure and stable temperature. Service: Management team were communicative and reliable. Check in and out was efficient. Have to pay the city tax at a nearby Hotel Bristrol though (about 15min walk away). Hotel offers a free shuttle service from the train station on the day of check in / out to the train station if needed. Views: of neighbouring buildings Facilities: There is a spa / wellness centre at the off site hotel which you can use (naked only area), didn’t use so can’t comment. No washing machine in the apartment (but apparently paid facilities are available in the building)

Location very convenient as near to the station. Nice and clean apartment equipped with all necessary equipments. Free luggage service and transportation to station is very helpful. Staff all very nice.
