The apartment was large, clean and had a superb view. Kitchen and laundry facilities were good. The location is excellent, within a few minutes walk of the train station and supermarket, but still in a quiet part of the village away from the touristy center.

The whole experience is quite impersonal, they give a very limited time window in which to check-in (4-5pm) at their office and tell you there will be extra charges if you fail to make it on time. You then need to explore the town to find the accommodation yourself. Cleaning is not included (or even a towel change) regardless of how long you stay. No courtesy check to see if everything is fine during the stay. The waste disposal mechanism is complicated - they insist that you have to separate your waste (which is good) but then only provide bins for one type of waste and expect you to trek around the village finding places to dispose your glass, paper and aluminium waste. Don't understand why proper recycling bins cannot be provided at the unit.

Quiet location overall, great and unblocked view of the mountains. Amenities within the house were fantastic too. The house was very spacious to accomodate large families.

If you are not travelling with a car, be prepared to take a short walk to the city centre or wait about 30 minutes for the bus.

The view from the living room and the fire place to keep us warm at night. Also, we were able to make use of the washing machine at the basement, which was very handy to us.

the staff could have given some tips (E.g bus xxx goes to the apartment too, to reduce the walking distance from train station)
