Studio to rent

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments and was very satisfied. The place has a unique and authentic design, making it truly special. Ararat has everything needed for a comfortable stay, with all the necessary amenities and a very clean environment. The location on a hill near the church adds to its charm. The host, Margaret, was incredibly friendly and even gave me a ride to the seminar location. I highly recommend this place!

The kitchen is very well equipped. Quite area and kind host. Breakfast is self-made with all the delicacies available in the fridge, really enjoyed that! We will definitely keep this place in mind for the next time.

Our host was extremely helpful and friendly, even offering to collect us from the train station by car during a thunderstorm. The studio is comfortable, peaceful and private. Our highlight was to discover that the fridge had been stocked in advance with the basics, like eggs, bread and milk - a lifesaver for two hungry people on bikes!

Everything. It was just great. We felt right at home in this comfortable beautiful and very clean studio. Everything we could possibly think of was there, including a very nice breakfast. The bed was really good as well. And the hostess, Margaret was genuinely nice ❤️ Shame we were only there for one night.

Nothing at all

Outstanding hospitality, very spacious and very clean room, quiet,unique and inviting decor, fridge stacked with everything you can wish for a generous breakfast and not only, mattress, pillows and duvet-out of this world comfy! The morning we checked-out was raining and our hosts were so kind to give us a ride to the train station. Thank you so much for everything that you offered to make our stay at your property just perfect!

Maybe one of the best stays I ever had in Europe, though it was just a one-night passing by. The house is made from an old cow barn, very chic and cozy, well furnished and equipped with everything you may need. Bamboo screens divide the large space elegantly so that the bed is nicely located in privacy. Also lovely books and postcards in the collection. As a passer by, I also liked that the house is conveniently located from the highway, which makes it the best stop for driving from north to the south.
