Wake up to the Matterhorn

Very clean apartment. Great location. Amazing view from balcony. Very easy to find , great directions given. Would definitely return despite the uncomfortable bed as we had such a lovely time.

Only complaint was that the Sofa bed was really uncomfortable . Lots of steps up to the apartment.

Location was great, room was clean and warm

The sofa bed and pillows were uncomfortable and wifi did not work half the time.

The room has amazing view of Matterhorn.

Room doesn't have AC in July very hot weather, the location is a little far from downtown and train station. Google navigation didn't find the location, had to ask several locals to get there. Climb 2 high stair case with luggage was difficult.

The view was amazing.Very good location,close to the train station and shopping.

+ The Matterhorn view. Though you can check the same view for free without this apartment I already have been in Zermatt before and would prefer to stay again in a regular hotel, rather than in this apartment.

- A lot of stairs. Not all the stairs are shown on the photos. It took me like 5 minutes to climb them with all of my luggage - Sounds from upstairs. In the apartment upstairs there is a kid. You should expect random sounds (throwing something like heavy beads was the most common) and screams at any time - In the elevator you should choose 4th floor. Somehow in the instructions in German version that You should take the elevator to the 4th floor, but in English version to the 5th floor. That was a bit confusing. Regardless of different standards for counting floors. Everyone should press the button 4 in the elevator! - There was no actual bed. There was only a convertible couch, so of course it was not very comfortable and in addition it was very squeaky

The stairs going up to the building ( shown in pics) . Going up the stairs with luggage was not convenient at all.
