Extremely easy to use, generally well maintained, well equipped. Very practical location with ample parking. Great communication from staff.

Beds sag a bit - would recommed to level them out.

We were traveling as a family of 6 and enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves. It is tastefully done up by the owner with all modern amenities and the views from the terrace are beautiful and very scenic...surrounded by mountains. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a sitting area in the backyard. The home is in a peaceful area with 10 min walk or 2 min bus ride to COOP and MIGROS supermarket which was very convenient since we look to cook. The bus stop is a 2min walk and the main station is a 5 min bus ride. Thun has excellent connectivity to any city in Switzerland.

Having one toilet in a three bedroom apartment. Also the rooms and toilet are on the 1st Floor and without a lift that can be challenging if travelling with senior citizens.

Placed close to shops, only walking distance to some grocery shops. Peaceful neighborhood. Good communication with owner, flexible for check in and out timing.

One bathroom for 3 rooms, so expect delay if you come with big family.

It was just fine.

The kitchen floor was broken. It has to be fixed. Everything else was fine.
