O tamanho do apartamento é bom.A localização também.Bairro tranquilo.

As fotos do aplicativo mostra itens que no APT não tem, são fotografias que tiraram anos atrás, alguns itens que constam no papel na realidade precisam ser repostos.As redes de descanso estavam guardadas e com cheiro forte de mofo, sem condições de uso.A geladeira funciona , mais está bem velha com algumas partes quebradas .Lâmpada queimada .Registro para ligar o chuveiro precisa de manutenção.

A wonderful apartment in front of the beach with unobstructed ocean views from all windows. Safe and clean building, the apartment has all one needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the building has a nice pool, and the terrace is lovely.
