its a great location, family friendly and gentle host. we didn't had any problem at all.

Cozy place to stay. Makes you feel living in Switzerland even when you’re just in a vacation. Close to a lot of places to go in Switzerland. Have a space for parking the car. Host is very accommodating and approachable.

Very comfortable accommodations at a great distance from Interlaken and Bernese Oberland. It was very easy to get back and forth from the property to Interlaken Ost via bus. The beds were comfortable, road noise was minimal, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Pillows were a bit thin, but as expected for these kinds of accommodations. Everything else was great :)

The owner lady is rude. She should definitely learn some manners to learn to soeak with guest. If you had problem wutg previous gumuest dont tell ys . Its your problem or don’t take bookings. Showeris being tied and impossible to take shower. No hot water provided in whole one day. I would highly recommend to skip this stay if you are choosing to. Owner son takes booking but management is done by his mother which feels like a lecture to take keys from her!

location, wifi, charm of the flat

Not dirty, but not really clean ... Sheets and towels provided were very old, patched up, rough... Communication with the owner was difficult. The owner was too present... I got up at 3 a.m. to go to a sporting event and the owner came to complain at the same time that I was having a party, even though I was making very little noise... Perhaps they should insulate their walls better. The shower drain wasn't working when we arrived, but after complaining about it, the owner came to unblock it. The freezer part of the fridge doesn't work. The curtains in the room are not opaque, so you are woken up by the sun in the morning. The walls in the room are quite thin and you can hear the main road quite clearly throughout the night... even with the windows closed. But there's not much they can do about that, so I'm not taking it into account in my overall rating. The kitchen utensils and pans are all old and damaged. I may be wrong, but I get the impression that, overall, they don't invest in this flat...

Conveniently located and easy to access, the house includes its private parking. The home itself is bright and airy, with a pleasant, well-kept appearance. It is an ideal size for a group, with space for six to seven guests.

The bedroom is located very close to the main road, making it quite noisy, which can disturb your sleep. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, but the freezer compartment is not functional and has been sealed with cello tape. I had brought some frozen food, which spoiled because the freezer wasn’t working. In the bathroom, the shower hose is tied to the pipe, making it difficult to bathe properly. These are all minor issues that could be fixed at a low cost, but the owner is unwilling to address them.
