It was really the best apartment and the best trip that we went to. View apartment was wonderful, it was very clean and the behavior of the owners was excellent and friendly. I suggest you to definitely go to this apartment.

The hosts were really wonderful people who were waiting for us with chocolates and explained everything in detail. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities present. The location was nice too. We were 5 adults sharing the apartment and had a wonderful experience. There was a balcony with beautiful view of mountains.

The location and the view from the balcony was excellent. There is a common washer and drying roonm on site, which is very good, but a bit complicated. This was explained by the Elisabeth, the manager very well. Parking is complimentary on site. One needs to be aware that a 300 Euro deposit is taken on checking in.

The "cleaning" charge of 80 euros was very high. The explanation that it was for the parking and the city taxes, plus washing of the linen seemed rather strange.

I was initially looking for places to stay in Lucerne, but ended up finding Elisabeth and Felix’s place in Emmetten and I am so thankful we did! Lucerne is a bustling beautiful city, but Emmetten, just 15 min car ride away is a small, quaint mountain without the crowds and with incredible views of the lake (in my opinion even better than Lucerne). We only were only able to stay two nights, but wish we could have stayed many more to try more hikes and mountain biking. It was very easy for us to do a day trip into Lucerne on our way out do town. You also must try Susi’s pizza- just a 5 min walk away. The place was impeccably clean and Elizabeth and Felix were prompt and dependable hosts. We traveled with our 18 month old son and had no issues. Honestly if you want to see Lucerne but stay somewhere more affordable with better views, this is the place!

We Loved everything about this beautiful cosy home. Especially the view from the balcony, the comfortable rooms, the sitting area, as well as the kitchen. Everything was clean and available. Even though the room was small, and the bed was in between the roof, nevertheless it was still comfortable. The best part was the host Ms. Elizabeth and her husband. They were very kind and friendly and made us feel at home at once. Provided us with all the required information on the whereabouts of the area and the home. Moreover, they were kind enough to drop us at the bus stop when we left.
