"Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen - schöne, geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage"

Kommunikation mit der Vermietung einwandfrei, freundlich, kompetent und reaktiv. Ruhige Lage am Ortsende von St. Moritz-Bad, die Jugendherberge gegenüber stört nicht. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür, d.h. in wenigen Minuten an der Seilbahn. Das Gebäude ist zwar nicht mehr jung, aber wurde offenbar vor wenigen Jahren mit gutem Standard renoviert. Die Wohnung Flora im 2. OG ist gut geschnitten, ebenso ausgestattet, sehr geräumig.

Der Skikeller - mehr eine Rumpelkammer. In den wackligen Regalen für Skistiefel lagern Kartons und diverse Dinge, einige Skistiefel stehen notgedrungen auf dem Boden; die Skihalter an den Wänden sind zum Teil schlecht montiert, freie Skiplätze sind von einem Fahrrad und Schneeräumgerät blockiert; Sitzmöglichkeiten sind mit Snowboards und Ski zugestellt. Dieser - eigentlich ausreichend große - Raum passt so gar nicht zum sonstigen Niveau des Hauses und verdient eine ordnende Hand.
