Localização é muito boa!

Os banheiros tinham cheiro péssimo, estavam limpos mas vinha um cheiro de esgoto dos ralos, muito ruim mesmo.

I need to make a formal complaint. Even got burned when the A/C box burned in the room. Place was smelling bad. Dirty. Could not use dirty pots. Gas ran out.

We didn't like the place at all. We arrived late at night and the key, which we had to collect at the other address didn't work. Our taxi driver spent 40 minutes with us trying to help to get inside. Fortunately someone came out of the building and let us in. There were big cockroaches in the bathroom dead and alive. My children were scared. Bathroom door creaked horribly. Add to this epic atmosphere terrible noise that strong wind makes by coming in through windows with slits. It was a nightmare. We left this apartment the next morning and didn't want to stay anymore.

The apartment is in a good location next to the Farol Da Barra, but only provides a partial view of the lighthouse and this is only visible from the kitchen/utility room.

We had a truly awful experience at this apartment, to the point that we had to leave after the first night of our stay and book a different place. The owner, Poliana Moriano, provided entry instructions before we arrived but they were inaccurate, resulting in myself, my wife and my 9 year old daughter being stuck outside the apartment in the dark when a drunk, homeless person came up and started rattling the gate to the apartment and then arguing with the owner of another apartment in the block. This person kindly let us through the gate so that we could finally enter our apartment but it was a horrible situation and my daughter was terrified during it. Upon finally entering our apartment, we were met with a huge cockroach in the kitchen and an unbearably bad smell coming from the bathroom. On top of this, when we tried to have a shower there was no hot water. My daughter’s room also had no night light as there was no bulb in the light. As you can imagine, this was a horrible arrival experience and we contacted Poliana first thing in the morning to seek her support to resolve the issues with the apartment. Disappointingly, Poliana’s attitude was arrogant, rude and extremely unhelpful - she asked us to solve the hot water problem ourselves and ignored our plea regarding the stink in the bathroom, which by then had forced us to close the bathroom to avoid the smell spreading to the rest of the flat. After highlighting these issues further with Poliana, she proceeded to offer us the option of cancelling the remainder of our stay and giving us a refund because we apparently were “the type of people that will find problems with everything” and that we had until 12 noon to leave the apartment. We rapidly packed up our belongings and returned the key but Poliana then stopped responding to our messages. 3 weeks later, despite seeking support from booking.com’s customer service, Poliana has still not provided the refund that she promised. Avoid this apartment at all costs.

The location was perfect and the apartment is nice, spacious and comfortable. The breeze that enters the windows was so refreshing! Jorge was super kind and helpful. I totally recommend this place.

Just the ocean blick

I didn’t like the all old run down flat , the manager is nice , but she can’t change the molding toilet the run down kiching wear ! No air conditioning WT living room , is a nice block , but the location is good , but extrimily noise . All smell bad
