It was clean

The guy who is in charge of the hotel was rude. I arrived on the 24th, I came with my family and we didnt see more towels as we only saw 2 towels and we were looking for 2 more towels as we were 4 in the room plus bed sheets. So, I called to the WhatsApp as it is mentioned if you have doubts please ask the guy/owner replied "its Christmas clearly you havent checked anything check again in a very rude way. Even in the appartment said please rate us well, with this attitude I will never recommend this place, I came to rest and have a good time. If you dont want to be asked in Christmas then dont put the room available in these dates plus I asked in a gentle way. A pitty but the service was bad and the room in general was cold

Estaba limpio

Aparqué debajo porque llegamos tarde y nos íbamos al siguiente dia a las 8. Le pregunté al dueño e incluso a un vecino si se podía aparcar debajo aunque ponía "visitantes". Me dijeron que SI. Y al día siguiente MULTADO.

Struttura situata a pochi passi dal centro storico di Lucerna, con comodo parcheggio coperto a due minuti a piedi al costo di circa 25 euro al giorno. Appartamento situato al sesto piano con ascensore.

Struttura poco pulita, sulle porte erano presenti macchie e unto con capelli attaccati. Capelli trovati anche sulle lenzuola e nella doccia. Filtro del bagno coperto da uno strato spesso di polvere che denota mancata pulizia per diverso tempo.

Location was great, we found a nice butcher right across the property and bought and cook our meals there. There is enough amenities to cook during our stay, bus stop was a block away and the grocery stores were about an 8 minute walk or less in either direction. There’s some scenic attraction near the stay so overall please with the location. It felt safe even when walking around at midnight.

Bathroom is outdated and could use a bit of cleaning, you need to re-clean the kitchen utensils and pans it was not properly washed, the doors (bathroom, kitchen, entryway) were hard to close and make noise. We were in desperate need of laundry but communication with property owner was not the best, we spent 20mins in the rain circling the block trying to figure out which store offers laundry. On the last day, we left early but we didn’t get a notice that the owner would be there to get the keys (checkout was not until later and we were leaving at like 7-8am?). We kept it quiet during our entire stay, then when the owner unexpectedly showed up to ask for the keys as we were packing out the door, things got a little loud out in the hallway trying to communicate back and forth and lil upstairs neighbor flipped out and wasn’t having the apology. Will likely not be back due to that interaction 👎

15-minute walk to Lucerne Main station, shops and grocery nearby, restaurants close by, coffee machine

Pots and utensils were dirty and smelly. Not enough utensils for 4. No laddle or anything to use for cooking so we just used spoons or forks. Sign inside the room says to use washing machine before 9pm but there's no washing machine. 2 sets of different instructions for the trash.

We were given a malfunctioning key to enter the building. We stood outside freezing for sometime An angry neighbor opened the door for us. We called for assistance ( no answer) I, sent messages, called booking support, send pictures. Initially host didnt want to believe that key was not working. Stopped replying messages. After asking booking support 3 times, waited on the line for 30mins each ( international calls), I was already asking to either solve the issue same night or reallocate us somewhere else. After almost 3 hrs waiting for a solutiom (9:30pm already) host send a replacement key. We could not have dinner that night, everything close around. I was not expecting this level of service and commitment from a booking rental. +One out of 3 days the elevator to sixth floor was not working. +Smoking smell coming to the bathroom every night Please be more considered with the guest, we didnt travel to turistic places to suffer and spend hours waiting for apartment problems to be fixed.
