Chalet Annelis Apartments

The View was gorgeous.

No elevator a lot os stairs to get to my apartment. Also they don’t have a lobby like at a Hotel.

The host provided early check-in for us because of the rainy day and even gave us a free upgrade! There are 3 balconies, and you can enjoy the Matterhorn view right from your bed. The matterhorn view from the room is even better than viewpoints on the street. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need (including a cheese fondue set with matches), and the oven, dishwasher, and kitchen equipment are amazing—you could even make a Beef Wellington! The kitchen, bedroom, and toilet are very spacious and comfortable. Good customer service: the sink was clogged, and they sent a guy to fix it quickly. Location is great, only 5 mins from the station."

No elevator but no big deal given other aspects are perfect.Definitely 10 out of 10 Would be good if reception can reach to us through whatsapp cuz direct call from phone may have charges of international calls which may be inconvenient for tourists.

お部屋からマッターホルンが綺麗に見え、朝焼け．夕焼けもバッチリでした。 駅からもまあ近く、またほぼ平坦な道で、行くのも楽でした。 キッチンも使いやすく、大きな食洗機もついていて、良かったです。

他の方の投稿にもありましたが、電子レンジがあれば完璧です。

駅から近く、またマッターホルンビュースポットからも近く、拠点に最適でした。部屋は広くて綺麗で、キッチンの設備もよく楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

Stunning view and location and perfect for adults travelling together. Sometimes booking says it's for 4 adults but really they mean 2 adults and 2 kids. This apartment can fit two couples comfortably and there is a different bathroom for each bedroom. The breakfast at Europe hotel was fantastic and the people working there extremely helpful and kind.

Check-in at 16:00 and checkout at 10:00 without any flexibility is really really pushing it. Next thing you know they will charge you 600€ just for the night. No iron is available and there were plumbing issues with the bathroom downstairs.
