Luxus Wohnung mit Garten

The location was ideal for us since we needed to be at the Toni Areal building. It was a fantastic spot for our needs. Additionally, accessing various places was convenient due to the proximity of tram line 4. We appreciated the large TV with an excellent sound system. We wished we had more time to enjoy it! :)

Catching the check-in hour was somewhat stressful due to our flight delay. However, we managed to make it just in time! :) It would have been great to have coffee balls. Since it was a short visit, we couldn't buy them because Migros was closed over the weekend. I would love to experience using them, as they are an environmentally friendly product.

Was very spacious. Tv was very good. Remote stopped working halfway. The apartment has very expensive and exquisite touches. Very very spacious and has 2 bathrooms.

Faulty remote. No washing machine.

Apartment itself is wonderful, big, spacious, clean and a great location

Check in is not self check in. We didn't receive any instructions until we chased for them and with less than 24 hours to arrival we found out that if you don't check in by 17:59 you won't be able to get into the property. The host is rude and unhelpful if you have any questions. As an example it's common for flats in Zurich to be quite warm and this one is crazy hot so we asked how to turn down the temperature to room temperature of 20-21 degrees. The response from the host was 'you cant' and 'go outside if you need it cooler'. Additionally there are some basics that are missing from a self catered apartment like shower gel, hand wash and a kettle.

The staff was unhelpful, arrived late to check in and was waiting on the street for 1 hour to let someone to open the door for us .
