Guten Tag Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir festgestellt, dass die Unterkunft erhebliche Mängel aufweist und haben noch weitere Mängel bemerkt: – die Küche ist nicht funktionsfähig - Mikrowelle/Backofen funktioniert nicht - Gefrierfach ist komplett vereist – das WC läuft aus – der hygienische Zustand ist unzumutbar – grundlegende Reinigungsmittel fehlen es ist nur ein Staubsauger vorhanden, keine Putzlumpen und Mittel

It’s also very well placed for getting around quickly, including being within easy walking distance of Interlaken West station. The apartment’s Wi‑Fi comes from the house and worked fine for our stay.

Parking is available nearby, but it isn’t free and you’ll need to pay. Inside, the place was comfortable overall, but there’s only one toilet/bathroom and it felt a bit lacking in a few practical features.

Close to Interlaken West Station, about 10 minutes on foot. We stayed in apartment 3, heating was good, warm enough inside. Staff were helpful and responsive. Much better than what we expected based on the previous reviews. Had no issue checking in at all.

Microwave and range hood didn’t work.

Location was the best.

The house was in a great location, just a short distance from the main attractions.

The house felt humid, had a damp smell, and wasn't very clean. The microwave doesn't work.
