Die Kommunikation mit Marylin war sehr freundlich, kompetent und schnell. Das Self Check-in hat wunderbar geklappt.

Der Dampfabzug hat keinen Fettfilter und es hat nach Fett gerochen. Wenn das Appartement für 5 Personen reserviert werden kann, wäre es schön, wenn es auch 5 gleiche (auch gleich grosse) Teller hat. Der Rollladen für das Wohnzimmer ist kaputt, wir konnten nicht verdunkeln. Das grosse Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist auch kaputt und kann nicht gekippt werden. Die Matratze des Bettsofas im Wohnzimmer ist steinhart und ziemlich unbequem. Der Innenspiegel im Badezimmerschrank war extrem schmutzig, dieser wurde schon über Wochen nicht mehr geputzt. Wir hoffen nur, dass der Rest besser geputzt war.

The construction work totally destroyed the view of Matterhorn at the balcony

its a nice location but 1 km walk from the central railway station. currently the view of the matterhorn is blocked by construction cranes. if thoe crames are not there its indeed a slendid view. t

the upkeep of the apt is not great. dirty sofas and semi functional kitchen items, blinds etc .. seems like its been not maintained well .. hence doe not give u a confortabel feel

1. Location. Close to city center. 2. Quiet spacious place. 3. Comfortable and clean beds with clean sheets 4. Big towels. 5. Elevator. 6. There are wardrobes, clothes hangers and iron available in the rooms.

1. There is elevator but to enter the apartment and reach the elevator we need to climb the stairs up and down. This is really not handy as we come with big and heavy suitcases (we were travelling with 5 people for 1.5 week in Italy and 1.5 weeks in Switzerlands) . 2. No soaps or shampoos and no handsoaps in the bathroom. 3. There is only 1 spatula to cook. So we need to wait after 1 dish is done before we can cook the 2nd dish. 4. The bus that go around the area has the sign "no luggages is allowed in the bus". 5. No one seems to know the approximate price to go by taxi to station especially we came with lots of luggages. 6. Unfortunately there was a crane in front of the apartment window which blocking our view to the mountain (although the host informed us in advance, around 2 weeks or soI think, before our arrival). 7. Not enough electricity plugs for 5 of us to charge the mobile phones in the evenings in the rooms. In addition the plugs are only suitable for thin plugs.

The unit was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments needed for cooking. The staff was helpful.

The unit came with a balcony that provided a clear view of the Matterhorn. Unfortunately this view was obstructed by the cranes put up by some construction company. The facilities were a bit old. The second room had a window which opened up to a wall. Hence, we could not leave the window open, causing the room to be stuffy.

Its properly situated near the town, but in a peaceful area, with views of the Matterhorn that other places would not have. Facilities are great as well!

Communal washing machine, but its no big deal as it is still provided and within the building premises.
