Nice site, fantastic flat. Two balconies, one with a view over Matterhorn. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Dark shutters made the bedrooms pitch black.

"Location is good but host is not helpful and expects you to figure out things last minute."

The location and view

There was no elevator . No one informed and there was no one to carry the suitcases upstairs . It’s 3 floors up. Also the host said you will manage on your own. There were no Swiss to Europe adapters also and again the host said you will manage on your own.

"Good for what we needed and comfortable."

Great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony and a few minutes from the town centre. Comfy bed and pillows.

Shower was not too good and second bedroom could do with a bedside table and lamp.
