Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Und auch die Lage mit viel Sonne und Garten war perfekt für uns mit Hund. Es waren wenig Menschen im Haus.

Die Wohnungstür ist sehr schlecht isoliert und so kam der Lärm vom Treppenhaus direkt in unsere Wohnung. Das störte uns sehr. Wir waren froh, waren so wenig Leute im Haus. Hoffentlich passt der Wohnungsbesitzer dies an. - Es würde die Wohnung stark aufwerten.
