SGThe kitchen was well equipped, even had a fondue set. Mattress, pillows and the quilt were super comfortable. The views were gorgeous. Host was able to pick us up and send us back to the train station on check in/out day. Host was also responsive.
Super dark if we return after sundown. The walk would either be uphill or downhill depending on which station you get off from (Grindelwald terminal or Grindelwald station). Hence not recommended for elderly or people with bad knees.

USIt was a very pleasant stay in Chalet Aiiny! The hospitable host provided pick-up & drop off service when we checked in/out. The place is very spacious, it has a big living room area, a spacious bathroom and a nice kitchen that you can prepare your own meal. The front view is breathtaking, it faces Eiger directly and you can sit out the front yard to enjoy the view without disturbing. Host stays upstairs and has their own entrance so you won’t disturb each other.
PHEverything was amazing. The host was nice and kind - picked us up at the station in the middle of the night. And drop us off early in the morning. The chalet is super clean, and comfortable. - with fully-equipped kitchen. And the view -ohh the view was spectacular. This place is highly recommended.
