Tem 2 banheiros e 2 quartos espaçosos. A dona é bem solicita e muito gentil.

Grande parte das coisas cheirava a mofo, e tinham muitas baratas na cozinha. O fogão não funcionava, mas depois o zelador verificou e disse que estava funcionando. A televisão não pegava nenhum canal.

A acomodação é bem localizada, perto da praia, de mercados, padaria e restaurantes.

Os móveis e utensílios são bem antigos, as facas não eram afiadas, mas de resto tudo estava bom.
