"The view was amazing, the Cabin was located high up in the hills, and you could see everything down below, The owners were extremely nice and spoke English well. The actual apartment we stayed in was very clean and modernised, and we had everything we would need to cook, clean, shower, sleep, etc. There were some very nice restaurants close by so we could go out to eat or make food in the kitchen. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I would recommend and would go again."

If I could give zero I would.. Paid four times more and drove 100 km just not to stay here that night.. We wasted four hours to resolve the issue. Even booking.com couldn`t get the guy on the phone.. I have more horrible things to write but you will get the gist of it below..

We had the most horrid experience. We had booked for 6 people. The property has sleeping beds for 3 people even though advertised for 6 people. There was a disgusting Sofa bed in the living/dining room/kitchen with stains all over it and it was very dusty and stinky. Also when we entered the apartment, the sofa bed was folded up even then there was so less space that the dining chairs were put on top of the table. To open the sofa bed the table had to be pushed even further back but there wasn't any space to do it. (Refer to the pictures attached). In another single room there was a bunk bed. Another single bed was fixed on the wall but there wasn't enough place to set it up. Even if you manage to pull down the bed there's no place to walk anymore. Not even a bit. The host crammed the third bed into that tiny single bedroom just to increase the number of beds so he can book more guests but in reality it's not functional at all. There is just not enough place for 6 people. Not to mention, this mattress also like the sofa was complete filthy, heavily stained and disgusting (Also see photo). The gas stove was broken, causing major safety concerns. The whole apartment was not just cramped but extremely filthy. Everything covered in dust and crumbs, spiderwebs everywhere. The place clearly had not been killed in a long time. To add on to the situation the host was extremely unhelpful, even after calling him multiple times he never for once came to address the situation and kept denying the actual stress we were in. After a lot of mental harassment we ended up booking another accommodation and moved from there as this was completely unlivable and host´s messages kept getting sarcastic. We never got any returns back even though we never stayed in this horrible place. This is my first bad review in 15 years. And I am writing my story to warn others to be vigilant and not fall in this trap. The pictures speak for themselves. Please do have a look.

Propriétaire réactive et aimable. Beaucoup de serviettes à disposition, des fruits frais à l’arrivée, et du savon fabrication maison très agréable. Très belle région.

L’annonce donne l’impression que le jardin est à l’usage unique du locataire. En fait, il s’agit du jardin des habitants du rez-de-chaussée du chalet. La propriétaire indique cependant que l’on peut en disposer, mais la situation est inconfortable puisqu’on a l’impression de gêner/envahir les hôtes qui, eux, sont bien présents dans le jardin. Nous aurions préféré que ce soit clairement dit dans l’annonce, en amont, plutôt que d’être déçus à l’arrivée.

We stayed only one night since this was a transit from Basel to the Chamonix. Very nice views from this quiet and clean place. Unlike typical check-in these days, this hostess will greet you and show you the place in she is very nice. While it's an old house, the place was renovated and appears new, the sofa bed is really good compared to what we are used to in such stays.

This place is located on an upper floor, the daughter of the owner is living downstairs. Did not bother us at all but some people prefer more privacy and should be aware that this is not as secluded as looks like in the Pics. The beds in the rooms are OK but not great and might be too small to people like me (I'm 1.98).

Absolutely magical location (where else do you get to dine in your garden with a view of the hazy snowy heaks in the distance), a super-responsive and accommodating host, what else can one wish for a few beatiful days in Switzerland?
