He played with the booking and changed the booking to a extremely small storage like room and removed all the mentioned amenities like washer, dryer, and lots of other important amenities. Never book this property. He started asking 30 franks for one time washer use. We had to live like rats. there was no space to put our luggage because he changed to the smallest unit. Originally we booked a big size apartment on the first floor.

DEAULocation is ok and there is a parking spot, that's about it. The bathroom was fine and mordernised but no soaps or shampoo provided (luckily there was toilet paper).
No email to tell us how to enter the property, We luckily stumped upon a worker who was dropping toilet paper and he opened for us, and explained where to park as this was not mentioned. The TV was not working at all and we had to reinstall all of the chanels before it worked (luckily we are digital savvy). The photos showed a couch and some space around the property and being on the first floor. Instead it's a ground floor small studio with 2 beds and little space in between, no cupboards. About 20sqm but not well furnished to maximise the space (big and bulky furnitures makes it difficult to move around and there is no space for suitcases. Cleanliness: floor/kitchen/bathroom ok but the beds had some hairs and the curtains were very mouldy! Bedding: first price bedding and mattresses... like in a hostel. Kitchen: Less than basic cooking facilities, no sponge or wipes provided so not sure how you're supposed to wash your dishes. There is an small fridge, over and hotplates with 2 pots, 4 plates, cups and forks and kife and that's it. No strainer, coffee machine, kettle, oven dish or toaster. Very rudimentary. Bathroom: The positive of the place, decent size and modernised but there was no shampoo, soap or toiletries provided.

Luggage can be stored only till 12 but post that the luggage can be stored in another property of theirs. Location is very near the bus stop but the bus is available only every 30 mins, so need to be a little careful.
