Andre is a great host, very responsive. I first booked it for 3 people and forgot to update, we got the linens set the same day. Very spacious apartment with everything you need.

spacious, nicely appointed, comfortable beds. beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony.

the steps… but this is only an issue if one is carrying heavy bags or skis

closely located to Sunnega lift station, great view on Zermatt and Matterhorn, clean, well equipped

uncomfortable couch/bed, couch-bed didn‘t work properly, a lot of stairs to climb with luggage and/or ski equipment to get to the house.

The apartment is spacious and is located in a quiet area with a stunning view over Zermatt and the Matterhorn. It accommodates 4 quite well but I would not recommend more people as there is only 1 bathroom and no separate toilet. The apartment is well equipped (kitchen, TV, etc).

The location of the apartment is not ideal (for skiing). It is located slightly uphill which means you have to climb a rather steep road when walking from the centre of town to the apartment. Apart from that, there are over 70 steps waiting for you when you have reached the area where the apartment building is located as the building is not on the road. At 1600+ meters above sea level this can be a challenge. Your efforts are however rewarded with the mentioned beautiful view over Zermatt. There is a ski/bootroom in the basement of the building but the boot heaters were not working (mid December 2022)

Excellent apartment, very stylish, immaculately clean and spacious with an amazing view of the matterhorn and village. Highly recommend.

A lot of steps to carry baggage but this is made very clear in the description and worth it for such a nice apartment with a fabulous view at an affordable price.
