It was the only option available for a long stay in the area.

The main problem was the communication with the host. We had a 1.5 month-long booking which we needed to shorten, and were hoping that the host would accommodate: we gave a long advance notice. They said they could only try to rent it out further, and we agreed. But in fact, they did NOT do anything until we moved out (3 weeks before the date until which we paid!). I'm not sure if they did anything afterward, either: they just went silent. Or it could be that they rented it out again and just pocketed the money twice... There was also confusion regarding cleaning at check-in (it was done late and not to the level we expected it to be done), and at check-out (the cleaning lady showed up announced before the agreed checkout date). On the phone, the person was speaking very fast with a hard-to-understand accent, and was not willing to slow down. They are not even living in Switzerland, it seems (had a foreign phone number). All in all, very unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.

I loved how clean it was. After precious visits on our trip to hotels and chalets this was the cleanest and in a quiet area.

Nothing to dislike about the accommodation itself. But after visiting Mont Blanc area, this suddenly wasn't as mountainy since that is what we love and the supermarket wasn't open on Sunday.
