Chalet Mack

Beautiful location for accomodation with amazing waterfall view. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Angie and Mike are perfect hosts, seamless communication. We extended our stay by one extra night (6 nights in total). We went to so many places and had a truly wonderful time. So much to see and do in the area. Many thanks!

This is an amazing place location if you’re planning to discover the surrounding mountains. You will see from chalet home on the opposite side of the valley a waterfall. Amazing views and excellent weather. I stayed for 9 days. Google map will get you to right direction, but chalet home is the 🍊 orange color roof , not the house below the brown color roof. Check google map Regarding the host, the host her names is chalet, is amazing person. Super kind. She even washed my clothes. I really appreciate that. Regarding the place, the one bedroom apartment entrance is in the corner of the house, u got two chairs to sit outside. So you have privacy. The bedrooms bed very comfortable. You have fully equipped kitchen. You have all tools to cook or make coffee. The bathroom is very clean and nice. You have a fan in case it’s hot outside, which will cool the place. you will feel like home. At the end , I Highly recommend to stay in this place. This place is for two people max. I would love to come back and stay in this place. Thank you , Chalet, for hosting me in your rental apartment.

Everything! Perfect for a stay in the region, fully equipped apartment with everything you could need. Lovely hosts and nice outdoor area to relax in. 20 minutes from the trains to the mountains, 10 minutes from lake brienz. A perfect stay!

We stayed here for a week. The apartment was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We were able to prepare all meals here. There are plenty of extras like condiments and spices, olive oil. Tea bags, instant coffee and pods for the coffee machine. There was even a few treats provided by the hosts, we enjoyed the beers and biscuits. Everything was as described. The shower is very powerful and always plenty of hot water. There is a tall oscillating fan, a godsend in hot weather. The very best thing here is the hosts, Angie and Mike. They kept in contact with us before we arrived, advising over adaptors and answering any questions we had. They are the perfect hosts, even asking after a few days if we needed any extra towels. The location for us was perfect. However, if you want to see the nearby tourist attractions, a car is necessary. We went to so many places and had a truly wonderful time. So much to see and do in the area.
