Good view and air spacious lodge interaction with friendly host

Too cold heating starts really slow middle of the mountain , far from the city

Beautiful surrounding, nice view to the valley, not too busy, well-equipped house

It is a little bit noisy because of the serpentine road.

We had a fantastic stay at Energy Lodge in Switzerland, booked through Booking.com. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and exceptionally comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The apartment boasts a breathtaking view of the mountains, waterfalls, and a rushing river — simply unforgettable. It’s also a perfect base for exploring the region’s top attractions. Whether you’re into hiking, sightseeing, or just relaxing in nature, this place has it all. We highly recommend Energy Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful yet inspiring stay in the heart of Switzerland. We would love to come back!

The chalet is located along the road to Kandersteg, offering a stunning view of the valley. It was very clean and equipped with all the facilities we needed during our stay. The quality of the cookware was particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the noise isolation inside the chalet is excellent—we couldn’t hear the busy road right in front of it.

Access without a car is very challenging, if not impossible. The bus stop is quite far, and there are no sidewalks or pathways leading to the city or the bus stop (at least none that I saw or that were marked). As expected given its location, staying outside on the balcony can be extremely noisy.
