The apartment is fantastic, nothing you can wish more- huge, modern, elegant, fully equipped. The pool and spa generally very very good.

The only thing I did not like but seems it is almost everywhere in Crans - it is not ski in, ski out. It is close to the lift but this is the first ski resort we are going to where the rentals don't have wardrobes and you have to bring up and down every day the full equipment. This is absolutely no fault of the hotel but in such sircumstances I am not sure we will repeat although the hotel is great.

The accomodation and staff, especially Pablo, were fantastic. Our flight connection was delayed and Pablo helped organise transport so we could still arrive the day planned. We even received a Christmas gift. It was a great location which made it easy to access all Crans-Montana had to offer. The accomodation was modern, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time. The apartment was better than the photos and the hosts are friendly and extremely helpful. I will be definitely returning.
