Apartment Arabelle

The apartment in general - very comfortable with the lounge area, the terrace, the location is ideal, a very short walk to Eiger+ where Coopnis located.

The location for the check-in is different from the apartment. Would have been helpful if the staff shared about the visitor digital pass and benefits which incudes the 15% discount on the gondola ride to Grindelwald-First, the savings would have been quite significant.

Perfect mountain chalet experience, and the view from the backyard was exceptional

到埗時男接待員 心情好像很差的樣子 給按金時像銀紙是假的一樣檢查 很歧視亞洲人的感覺 檢查名單時 掉筆掉名單 發出很大聲響 感覺不尊重自己工作 厭世感覺很重 退房時女接待員很正常 接待客人方式態度差別很大
