optional breakfast at Junfrau hotel was really good. the service staff were excellence. the view from the backyard is beautiful!

toilet and room without a locking key is not something common for an Asian family like us. we would prefer if the host can offer lock key for room and toilet. and we are not aware that toilet comes without shampoo and shower gel.

The location and view were amazing, rooms big enough. Very quiet, perfect traveling with a toddler.

The only downside were the pillows, but that's just a matter of taste

"No washing machine soap and toiletries not provided except for toilet paper."

The location and the space in the apartment.

We stayed for 4 nights and they refused to change our towels after the 3rd day. There was no proper rubbish bins to throw our rubbish except the small one in the toilet.
