Apartment Cristal

Great views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Clean and cozy apartment with good decoration. The host is really nice and provided lots of recommendations. The apartment had all amenities and essentials for cooking too. Overall great experience.

The stairs to reach the apartment. There are lots of steps and during winter they are icy and dangerous especially if you're walking with ski boots or carrying heavy baggage.

Good location

If you were not a reasonably fit person or had heavy luggage you would struggle to negotiate the very steep staircase.

Everything except for getting to the apartment... The place is perfect with everything you would need for a perfect stay. You can adjust the temperature in the apartment. Kitchen is large and usable (oil, salt and vinegar). There's washing machine and dryer you can use but we couldn't get our clothings to dry completely so we dried in the apartment and it was fine! You could see Matterhorn from the apartment!

Very spacious and well appointed apartment with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Great communication and excellent service. Updated decor, kitchen and bathroom.

Whilst it had a great view, it also meant it was a little further away from the centre of town and had flights of stairs with 102 steps to the front door. Also, make sure you have some small change if you want to use the laundry facilities.
