"Desrespeito ao cliente"

Primeiro fui mal atendida pois o proprietário estava alugando o espaço em várias plataformas e ai começou todo desconforto porque na plataforma dizia para pagar na acomodação ou seja no local e chegando la o proprietário disse que nao teve aviso da plataforma mesmo eu mostrando a reserva confirmada e ai uma pessoa sai de uma cidade a outra num feriado com a cidade cheia tem gastos e não tem onde ficar .

A falta de comprometimento do proprietário e da plataforma que nao deu suporte após o ocorrido e mesmo com todos os prints as ligações resultado meu filho ficou com a esposa no carro até o outro dia pra arrumarmos outro lugar ,prejuízo financeiro, prejuízo emocional e gastos tudo isso porque se o local esta em todas as plataformas existentes pode acontecer de outros alugarem ao mesmo tempo principalmente se o proprietário nao olhar.
