As this is not managed by the hotel, you don't get the same perks but still worth it if you are traveling alone. The host was responsive, which helped! You can buy breakfast at the hotel, totally worth it. Location is perfect if you need to be around Paulista Avenue. Valet parking paid by day is not too bad considering the area.

Overall the room just needs a little work and renovation. The walls were peeling off, the air conditioning didn't work properly.

Location, cleanness, and it has everything you need.

The front desk people were not helpful or friendly. The door bell guys were awesome, they were the ones who helped me to whatever so need- they need to be behind the desk. The two guys working on the night shifts, or around 9 pm were cocky and indifferent and very unprofessional.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They ordered a taxi from us from the hotel to the airport, it was a loca taxi that’s much safer than Uber an same price. There is a very well equipped gym, sauna and swimming pool. We ordered a massive breakfast for two to our room, it was 85 Brazilian reals and we couldn’t eat all. Our room was lovely, a massive and comfy bed, a small kitchen, sofa, tv and ensuite bathroom. The bedsheets and the towels were very clean.

The toilet in the bathroom was blocked a few times, it needs to be fixed.
