The building is very spacious with all the basic facilities needed in a home and also very clean. The environment is quite and the location is centralised and with just a little walk down the road is a market to meet your cooking requirements. The Landlord and the daughter, even though they don't live there, were very supportive. I enjoyed everything about the studio and I recommend Catumbi Studio for travellers who wish to have an amazing stay in Sao Paulo, Brazil
