It is an excellent flat in a great location. Great value for money. It is essentially 3 pieces: one bedroom, one small living room with sofa and TV, and the kitchen with the bathroom. There is a wash machine with a small clothsine, quite practical

It is not the fault of the owner, but sometimes neighbors were a little bit noisy

The owner send all information needed. Clean apartment includes everything needed. Very well located between Copacobana amd Ipanema. Feel very safe since its door security 24/7.
