Apartamento bem cuidado, bem estruturado, confortável. Condomínio com ótima piscina ao ar livre, temperatura da água agradável. Piscina coberta e climatizada muito agradável também e providencial para uma cidade chove bastante em algumas épocas do ano. Proximidade da praia, bastando atravessar a rua. Gostei muito da flexibilidade do proprietário em relação a um late check in, pois meu voo atrasou bastante. E da cordialidade, disponibiilidade, atenção e presteza da pessoa que procedeu com meu check in e check out - Márcio. Excelente profissional e pessoa.

Um custo um pouco alto para a média dos lugares ao redor. Mas até certo ponto compreensível pelos facilidades relatadas. Achei o check out um pouco cedo - 10h, mas não impactou na minha diária pois tinha voo de volta em horário não muito distante desse horário. Acho que a poderia ter algumas toalhas para levar à praia e à piscina e algumas pequenas comodidades de hotelaria como sabonetes e xampus, ainda que como amostras, apenas para que o hospede, ao chegar possa tomar uma banho e eventualmente não precisar sair para comprar. Mas de maneira geral são mais observações a título de sugestão do que de desagrado propriamente.
