Great facilities, kitchen full of equipments. Apartment was nice and warm on a cold winter day in São Paulo even without the AC on the heating option. Nice balcony (unusually large for São Paulo). TV with smart options available. Building has a small (but very convenient) mini market- self checkout style - with plenty of items to choose from.

On of the power plugs next to the bed wasn’t working.
