Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, bis in den Abend ist der Gegend lebhaft, danach wird alles ruhig. Bis zum Zentrum läuft man allerdings gute 20-25 Minuten, dem Strand entlang, mit sehr schöner Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, das Badezimmer war exemplarisch sauber, aber die Küchenutensilien benötigen zum Teil eine Renovierung (einige Neuanschaffungen sind dringend notwendig). Dennoch, würde ich es, wenn nötig, wieder buchen.

Wir haben uns für 16:00 Uhr angemeldet, wir waren pünktlich da, niemand hat auf uns gewartet, durch eine nachbarin haben wir Kontakt aufgenommen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng, zwar hat jeder Auto ein Parkplatz (unsere war natürlich besetzt!!!), aber große Autos haben dann Probleme mit enge Plätze zwischen den Parking Slots.

Lugar muy bien ubicado, cerca de muchos lugares para comer, a cuadras de la playa, muy limpio y comodo, tenia ollas para cocinar si se requiere, dueño muy amable y preocupado, volveré a tratar con el cuando vuelva

La atención de Guillermo , sus tips para conocer la zona , la ubicación del departamento , está cercano a la playa Cavancha ( dos cuadras), a centros comerciales , supermercados , transporte para Humberstone, Tirana y a Pica , para caminar al casco histórico, al mercado , a la península, zonas seguras y tranquilas de noche y día, además el espacio del departamento es cómodo y la vista a la playa lo mejor.

El departamento es verdaderamente cómodo y está completamente equipado. La ubicación, a tan sólo dos cuadras de la playa, es magnífica. Guillermo, el dueño, nos ofreció amablemente servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al departamento y viceversa el cual nos vino de maravilla. También nos dió información valiosa sobre la ciudad y sus lugares de interes. El edificio es muy seguro y limpio. Realmente lo recomendamos!
