La vista del Dpto. y el diseño arquitectónico. La ubicación y la amplitud de los espacios. La predisposición y celeridad para resolver un planteo sobre las condiciones de la cama.

La cama tenía el colchón de mala calidad, se sentían los resortes en el cuerpo y las sabanas, fundas y colchas tenían olor a tabaco. Al plantearlo se resolvió satisfactoriamente. La iluminación de la cocina se podría mejorar. Los vidrios estaban sucios y manchados con pintura. Quizás deberían cambiar los toallones cada 2 días.
