"Departamento comodo y bien equipado - Deben aclarar que esta lejos del Hotel"

El departamento no contaba con desayuno incluido - La ubicacion es buena si la estadia incluye auto

No me gusto que habiendo conocido el Hotel Naguilan y sabiendo que dentro de sus instalaciones cuentan con apartamentos, al realizar la reserva a traves de Booking no se aclara que este departamento este fuera de sus instalaciones a 4 cuadras del Hotel y que no es posible, por la distancia, hacer uso de sus instalaciones. Por lo demas el departamento resulto comodo y con todo lo necesario para la estadia.

La ubicación, calefacción eléctrica muy cómoda ya que se regula automáticamente a la temperatura deseada, se encuentra en un lindo lugar a la orilla del río.

El único detalle, es que como son departamentos pareados, se escuchan los ruidos y conversaciones del block de al lado.

"Podría ser perfecto si se afinaran detalles"

El departamento es muy cómodo y el condominio muy lindo y seguro. Todo estaba impecable, el lugar estaba temperado y las camas perfectas para descansar. El personal del hotel (donde hay que ir por las llaves) es increíblemente amable.

Faltan detalles prácticos para estadías cortas, como sal, aceite, azúcar. Tienen literalmente una alcuza vacía. Hay que recoger las llaves en una dirección distinta. Esto es muy incómodo para quienes viajamos sin auto. En mi caso nos tocó el desplazamiento bajo la lluvia!

Internet con problemas y hay un enchufe haciendo corte en primer piso. Además esta enchufado el calefactor y este enchufe esta suelto de la muralla

There is access to the river, but is quite small

The apartment was very dirty and there was a cigarette smell The rugs were full of dust and the only sofa it has is very old and uncomfortable
