There is 24 hour security at the front entrance. 24 hour reception and the staff were very good at using the translate app to assist us. They were all very friendly. Good location for restaurants and waterfront area.

The bed had a board in the mattress and was extremely hard. There were no fire detectors or sprinklers in the room. It was like being in someone’s home, and the photos didn’t match the current standard.

The facilities were not as listed; there were no kitchen, utensils, coffee, desk-top oven. We had to ask for some of them, for example coffee. The cost was more than it should be.

staff doesn't speak english. price was not the same as confirmed on the booking.com . on the booking.com there were discounts but at the reception confirmed price was raised. when asked the reason they say there are service fee and taxes. on the booking.com it said all the fees and taxes included.
