Location was a blast, nearby to all eateries, TeeMall and BRT was jus 3mins away - easily get a taxi from hotel

Housekeeping need improvement, breakfast area can be cleaner and the spread could change more often

Breakfast was not good with very few choices Shower hot water from small heater in the kitchen. Finishes very quickly

Convenient to everywhere and food is everywhere

Furniture can be upgraded cos it’s too old and now there is removation so might be dusty

Location is in downtown. shopping malls are near

when the lights turn off, kitchen and the toilet full of COCKROACH. staff was too slow during check in, check out the property was in under construction. too old 2005 year design

1)Location is superb. 150m to the mall and underground link way to 体育西station. Short taxi ride to 广东东站where i took the bullet train back to Shenzhen ; 2) Service apartment comes wit washer and drier; 3) The TV channels... limited choice

1) Master bedroom bathroom no privacy (full transparent glass, and the curtain is fixed outside the bathroom .... speechless) 2) Apartment is old . I first stayed in this property in 2009, and no visible upgrade of hardwares; 3) Understand the owner of this apartment block has started selling strata units. So you have actual local residents living next to your service apartment, and many are doing renovation... so the place could be noisy with knocking and drilling; and the lifts are kind of messy at times... 4) Breakfast is no way near Ascott high standard, which I can understand since Ascott group is just an operator. The property Owner is not willing to spend much since they have progressively selling off the apartment units.
