Piękny widok, duże mieszkanie, basen na 43. piętrze z jacuzzi

Codziennie biegające karaluchy, nieodgrzybiona klimatyzacja (wewnątrz widać czarne ślady grzyba), hałas na korytarzu codziennie niósł się do drugiej sypialni z której okno wychodzi na korytarz klatki schodowej. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia.
