"Great potential, but dirty with black hair"

Good wifi, spacious apartment, close to airport and shops/restaurant.

Very dirty; every single room was covered in black hair (we are all blond). We understand turning around accommodation can be challenging at times. BUT when mentioned, no action was taken to rectify, only a bad excuse provided, very disappointing 😞.
