The location is very good, with bars and grocery stores nearby. The apartments themselves are comfortable and clean.

The communication and check-in process were very problematic. Despite completing the online check-in in advance, we were unable to access the rooms upon arrival and had to contact the host via WhatsApp to arrange payment, which made the check-in take more than an hour after a long trip. There is no real reception, only security staff who cannot provide information about the property or its facilities. Communication with the host was fragmented and inefficient, and we were not assigned the exact room type we had booked. Regarding the facilities, there is a gym, a swimming pool and a sauna, but they are quite basic and not particularly modern. Overall, the lack of organization and clear communication made the experience stressful.

I really liked the location because it is in Usaquén, an exclusive neighborhood in Bogotá. It is also right in front of the highway to leave the city, with direct access to the airport. In addition, it is very close to the Zona Rosa of Bogotá, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The apartment hotel is very nice and for the price, it is very good.

I didn’t like the check-in process; it was quite complicated, especially when arriving after a 14-hour flight. The staff also seemed a bit lost, as if the hotel didn’t have very good internal communication. In addition, on one occasion at 3 a.m., all the lights in the room suddenly turned on. Although this may sound negative, the hotel is very good overall and these details are minor.

Upon arrival, the bedroom had an open hole in the headboard with exposed electrical wiring directly next to the pillow. The Wi-Fi was also non-functional. Maintenance visited multiple times but was unable to resolve either issue, still sourcing parts by midday. I did not feel safe and vacated the property. Both issues were reported and documented from the night of arrival.

La cercanía a varios lugares y plazas comerciales. El sistema por código era mucho más conveniente que tener llave del apartamento. La cama estaba excelente, sacada de un comercial de tv; bastante suave y cómoda.

No nos funciono el calentador de agua, aunque preguntamos o buscamos por internet. La parte para cocinar con la estufa, también fue algo dificil por lo que lo hicimos con el microwave, ahí si es necesario mejorar el video para su uso.

El restaurante es muy bueno pero cuando tienen eventos en el restaurante, los huéspedes nos quedamos sin donde poder comer y los meseros no tiene idea de cómo solucionar nada

Recibimos el apartamento con Silla rota, para el cambio tuve que esperas varios días, Mesa coja, sofá muy sucio y viejo ya está desformado no se puede sacar la cama auxiliar está desbaratado, los utensilios de cocina ya están feos deberian cambiarlos, máquina de café sin café para preparar, imposible conseguir los taps en ningún supermercado a la redonda y toallas muy viejas y percudidas tuvimos que comprar nuestra propias toallasas
