Free parking, good customer service, and an excellent location. However, these strengths don’t make up for the serious shortcomings of the apartment.

I had high expectations based on the photos and location, but the apartment was disappointingly tiny and dysfunctional. I couldn’t close the bathroom door while inside, and the shower space was uncomfortably tight in, even for someone my size (5'3", 110 lbs). They moved me to another apartment, but it was still very small and not functional. The building seems to be converted office space, which explains the poor ventilation. The windows also offer no noise insulation, so you hear all the traffic from the main roads.
