No tengo queja alguna fue todo tranquilo para mí gusto

Estancia de un mes y medio. Muy mala gestión y total falta de comunicación por parte del anfitrión. Pagué por un servicio de limpieza cada 7 noches y solo lo recibí una vez. Conseguir una factura fue todo un calvario. Habitación mal insonorizada, camas muy incómodas (se sienten todos los resortes) y calor sofocante a pesar del ventilador. Atención a los viajeros de larga estancia: si desean ampliar su estadía, asegúrense de informar al anfitrión lo antes posible, ya que podrían quedarse en la calle como me pasó a mí. No lo recomiendo.

Best place to stay while in Medellín, clean, comfortable, and the perfect location.

The room looks like in the picture, but keep in mind that it is incredibly small, perfect for 1 person but too small for 2 people . A second chair doesn't fit at the table, and if cooking is no space to sit down. It is kind of clean . Very easy check-in and check-out , easy conversation through what's up. Beautiful terrace but not a chair or something to sit and enjoy the fresh air /view. Netflix is a plus . Internet connection is very good.

The rooms are very close to each other , 3 on the floor and seem like no walls in between them , you can hear every single thing from neighbours. There was a lot of hair on the floor when we got in . For what you get is expensive .The location is nice but far from everything, if using public transport is an hour to Poblado, Downtown or Comuna 13 and also you need to change buses , not the best solution. If you stay in Downtown you can find something cheaper and more spacious.

Clean apartment for two with cooking facilities. Space is quite tight but absolutely fine for a few days. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect. The host was very responsive, allowed is to check in early and held our bags on our day of check out. Would absolutely recommend.

It's a great location, you are close to most of the tourist attractions in the city, besides that, a main highway crosses right next to the zone, so Uber rides won't be as expensive.

Walls are somehow thin, so a romantic getaway would result in a noise complaint
