Communication with the host was superB! Early checkin was no problem, very kind to improvise. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen has many supplies, microwave and also condinements to spice up your delivery or cooking. There is also washing mashine if you need it. The toilet had good pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed. TV has netflix and many ppv channels. The balcony is nice too there are foldable chairs to take out. The wifi was good i had no problems at all. Location is safe and it has many supermercados nearby and even a small centro commercial with atms and everything.

The small Window connecting the bathroom with the 11th floor sometimes lets noise trough. Not much but thats really the only negative. Overall it was quiet and isolated.

It could be noisy if a party happens on the floor. It's a cash only place and it could be hard to find an ATM that works with foreign cards.

Nice place to stay in Bogotá, perfect for short to long stays, well equipped, close to everything.

Sofa is not the most comfortable bed when open but is fare ok for one night.

Everything was amazing! We arrived ridiculously early in the morning and were able to hang out and leave our bags in a common area downstairs. They also cleaned the apartment really quickly and let us check in early. The location is excellent, you have a cool view of other skyscrapers in the Centro Internacional and you can walk to La Candelaria in around 20 minutes. The Museo Nacional is on your doorstep. You are just off the main road so you can also take a bus down to La Candelaria or up to Chapinero and Usaquén very easily. There is a huge Éxito supermarket in the CC San Martín 2 minutes walk away. A few streets away, Calle 30 has been designated as a ‘Calle Bonita’ and has lots of cute shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely, it was immaculately clean and the bed is HUGE and so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is even a washing machine and drying rack for your clothes. There’s a huge TV and a big sofa so you have somewhere to hang out (the sofa is not the most comfortable but it does the job). There is a little table and chairs that you can take on to the balcony. To access the pool and spa you need to book at reception, the jacuzzi and sauna are lovely with a great view. Communication with our host was easy via the chat on booking.com or WhatsApp. If you’re thinking it can’t be as good as it looks for that price, just go ahead and book! We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Bogotá.

There was nothing bad! Perhaps they can add some tea towels and oven gloves in the kitchen.

The space of the apartment and the facilities for cooking and washing and to store things was great. The bathroom is well spaced and designed. Big Tv and Internet and gym and very friendly security at the door 24/7 ...with a great view over the area. Mall and food court cinema and supermarket less then 2min walk. If your looking for a great place to stay with a safe area and great location to go to museums and travel to couldn't recommend a better place and the host of the apartment is one of the nice people to deal with couldn't recommend more highly.
