Localização e tamanho do apartamento muito bons, bons móveis no geral

Tanquinho, poderia ter uma máquina centrífuga ao menos e o apartamento não tem nenhum tipo de isolamento, dentro de casa tem que andar de meia, casaco, calça comprida.
