The location is great, few steps away from the beach, a lot of restaurants nearby, Bocagrande mall few blocks away and minimarkets available on the surroundings. The apartment is comfortable and it's quite enough for 5 up to 8 (2 bathrooms could not be enough with 8).

This is more improvement comments for the property owner: showers have some leaks that require mopping after every shower, the balcony door doesn't close and lock, not all the air conditioning have remotes and the ones available use to stop working from time to time, worth to have more kitchen furniture to cook easier, the ice maker doesn't work despiting the fridge is new, would be appreciated to have soap and shampoo available in the showers, worth to change the pillows for newer and more comfortable, also the mattresses could be more recent, all these would make this place awesome, else is good enough.
