Location was great, near the hot springs and not too far from the town center. It is located on the ground floor.

We had to wait for over 20 minutes for somebody to come a pick up the keys on our checkout. It would be good to have a safe location so you can just drop the keys and leave. There were no extra trash bags in the kitchen and the way to separate recyclables from non-recyclables was explained when we already had a bag full of trash. Kitchen was nice but it lacked some tools like a glove to handle hot pots. Be aware that one of the beds is a bit smaller than a standard double.
